Owner Michael Calvanese was convinced, through his own experiences dining at museums, that Fallbrook would be a great place to add the ambience of art to it's own historic soda fountain--one of only two that remain in San Diego county.

 As an Italian from New York City, good, fresh food has always been a part of his life. Michael has learned to cook Italian, French, Greek, and Spanish cuisines.
